What is Life Through Your Lens?
By sharing a few details we can make meaningful changes to how we support you
We want to make sure we’re delivering our services in a way that meets your needs. To do this, we need to understand more about you, your needs, and preferences. That’s why, from the start of February we'll be sending all our customers a survey via email or post.
The Life Through Your Lens survey should take a few minutes to complete and will ask questions like:
- How you’d prefer us to communicate with you
- Any health issues you’d like us to be aware of
- Whether we need to make any adjustments when visiting you
Your responses will help us tailor our services to better support you.
Submit your survey to win prizes
Look out for your survey arriving by post or be email, because when you submit it, you'll be automatically entered into both of our prize draws:
£50 shopping voucher
We've got 20 £50 shopping vouchers to give win. For every 100 people who submit a survey, one lucky winner will receive a prize of a £50 shopping voucher.
Grand prize - An Apple iPad
Everyone who submits their survey will be entered into the grand draw to win an Apple Ipad.
Remember, you'll need to get your survey submitted by 10 April 2025 and you will need to tick the competition consent box. So good luck and look out for your survey when it arrives! Full terms and conditions are available here.

You’ll either receive an email with an electronic link to complete the survey on our website, or we’ll send you a paper copy for you to complete and return.
Surveys will be sent during February and March.
Yes, the data collection and storage processes have been designed to be secure and protect the information you give us. We will only use the information you give us to improve your experience with us. If you’d like to know more, please read our Privacy Policy.
It’s up to you whether you decide to complete the survey and which questions you want to answer. If you don’t complete the survey, you may miss out on an opportunity to tell us about something that may mean we can give you a better service.
The only questions that everyone who submits a form needs to provide a response to are firstly the name and date of birth questions, so we can match your response to our records. Other than those questions, it’s up to you which questions you want to answer.
Not at all. We can assure you that Life Through Your Lens has only been created to improve the way we work for customers.
Depending on how many people live in your household and what their needs are, we may send you a follow up survey.
Consumer Standards
Life Through Your Lens is part of our commitment to delivering the requirements in the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards. The specific standard that Life Through Your Lens relates to is the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. This standard specifies the outcomes landlords must deliver in relation to being open with tenants and treating them with fairness and respect so that tenants can access services, raise complaints, influence decision making and hold their landlord to account.
