Consumer Standards
Life Through Your Lens is part of our commitment to delivering the requirements in the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards. The specific standard that life through your lens relates to is the Transparency, Influence and Accountability Standard. This standard specifies the outcomes landlords must deliver in relation to being open with tenants and treating them with fairness and respect so that tenants can access services, raise complaints, influence decision making and hold their landlord to account.

Depending on your communication preferences, you’ll either receive an electronic link to complete the questionnaire on our website, or we’ll send you a paper copy for you to complete and return.
We expect to start sending out the first questionnaires in February. It will then take a few months to send all the questionnaires to everyone.

It’s up to you whether you decide to complete the questionnaire and which questions you want to answer. If you don’t complete the questionnaire, you may miss out on an opportunity to tell us about something that may mean we can give you a better service.
