The 2023/24 Environment, Social and Governance Report is now published

We've now published our 2023/24 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report. The report highlights our commitments to sustainability, the people we work with and our good governance. 

In the context of rising energy costs, we're helping our customers by improving the energy efficiency of our housing stock, lifting more homes up to a minimum EPC standard of C and above. our Home Energy Advice has helped more people than ever to identify ways to lower their bills. 

The cover of our report shows one of the young attendees at our Nature Tots sessions. It's one of the ways we're improving our green spaces, transforming them into inviting areas where our customers can meet and enjoy the benefits of being closer to nature. 

For us ESG is not just about a set of static targets, it’s about creating a shift in approach, a desire to continually improve. That’s why we’ve invested in creating a dedicated Sustainability Manager role, to develop and embed our sustainability approach and keep improving into the future.
