Rent to Buy at Marina Gardens

We're excited to announce we'll soon be offering our first Rent to Buy properties at Marina Gardens. The first phase of eight Rent to Buy apartments comprises studios, 1, and 2-bed apartments. These eight properties are just the start of a larger programme of 25 Rent to Buy apartments, with the remaining 17 coming in Spring 2024.

A landmark development in the heart of Portishead, Marina Gardens boasts 127 apartments across three tenure types; Shared Ownership, social rent, and Rent to Buy.

Rent to Buy is an affordable step to homeownership. It allows customers to rent a home for up to five years at a discount from the market rate. Customers can then use the discount to save up for a deposit to buy the home.
