Our Environment, Social and Governance Report 2023

The Alliance Homes Environmental, Social and Governance Report for 2023 is now published and can be viewed here. The report is produced each year and shows our status and progress against certain themes and criteria. 

Each year we have produced the report we've shown good progress across the key themes. The report links in closely with our strategic aims shown in Plan A 2.0, specifically our aim of being a green and ethical business as well as the aim of investing in our existing homes and neighbourhoods. 

Matt Sands, Head of Assets and Sustainability commented: "This year we've seen good progress along a number of metrics. For instance over 82% of our homes are now EPC C or higher which means we are in a good position to have all of them above EPC C by 2030. This aim was recently boosted when we were awarded a grant of £1.1M from the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund."
