Customer research starts – have your say

On Monday 11 July, we're carrying out some research to understand how you feel about us and our services, giving customers the chance to have their say on how we are performing. The research will run to Friday 22 July. The results will help us to improve our services to better meet your needs.

If you’ve signed up to HIVE, our online platform, you’ll receive an email when this survey is available.

If you’ve not signed up to HIVE, you can still take part as we'll send an email directly to your inbox. 

We’re also conducting some phone surveys which take around 10 minutes to complete. These will be carried out by PFA Research who'll let you know that they're calling on our behalf.

If you complete a survey, you’ll have a choice of a £5 Amazon online voucher or the option to go into a prize draw to win up £250 in Love2Shop vouchers which can be spent in various high street stores.
