Alliance Homes rising stars shine bright in HQN’s Housing’s Next Generation competition
Three talented individuals from Alliance Homes have been shortlisted in a national competition that celebrates young talent in the housing sector.
Income Officer Sam Spackman, Junior Finance Business Partner Emily Rees and Repairs Planner Daisy Newman are among the 26 finalists of HQN's prestigious Housing’s Next Generation competition, which receives applications from housing associations across the country.

Sam started his career at Alliance Homes in the contact centre and has since joined the income team. His proactive attitude and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction make him an invaluable asset to the team.
During her five years at Alliance Homes, Emily has revolutionised financial reporting and has built strong relationships with operational partners. Her commitment to professional development underscores her dedication to improving customer services and driving operational efficiency.
Since joining Alliance Homes in March 2023, Daisy has embraced challenges with enthusiasm, consistently pursuing opportunities for improvements that benefit the organisation.
