Alliance Homes named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in Charity & Not-For-Profit sector

Alliance Homes has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the Charity & Not-For-Profit™ category, following the release of the 2024 list by Great Place To Work® UK. The list celebrates organisations that promote a supportive, inclusive and fulfilling workplace culture.

The ranking is based on anonymous feedback from employees working in the Charity and Not-For-Profit sector. The Great Place To Work® UK survey asked colleagues to comment on how their company supports their work-life balance, sense of fulfilment, job satisfaction, psychological safety and financial security.

Louise Swain, CEO of Alliance Homes, says: “We’re very proud to be recognised as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the Charity and Not-for-Profit sector. Since our first accreditation in 2022, we’ve worked closely with our colleagues to maintain a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported and empowered to grow. We ask our colleagues what matters to them - our agile working framework, career development opportunities and culture of recognition and support are some of the most important things colleagues have told us they appreciate.”

One colleague shared in the survey: “It is refreshing to work for an organisation where everyone genuinely wants to support each other and help one another become the best they can be at their job.”
