Alliance Homes has been certified a Great Place to Work
It's a great start to the new year with Alliance Homes being officially certified as a Great Place to Work and earning a place on the official list of Great Places to Work.
This recognition is based on the achieving a sufficiently high score against the internationally recognised, Great Places to Work Trust Index. Our colleagues were surveyed against a set of criteria that Great Places to Work have identified as what makes a great work culture. Their responses were then evaluated to see where we are on each element of the index
Alliance Homes' Chief Executive, Louise Swain, commented " This is a great achievement as it's the third year we've taken part. Everyone should be really proud of the journey we've been on. We've taken on board feedback from previous years and we've used that plus our own AGAME values, to better our culture. But, the improvements don't stop there. We're going to keep improving, and continue to develop our offering and work culture so that we can not only retain this certificate but also improve our score."
The detailed results from the latest survey will now be handed over to team managers so they can work with their teams and identify areas for improvement.
