Life Through Your Lens

This prize draw starts on 4th February 2025 and closes on 11th April 2025, midday Greenwich Mean Time (the “Prize Draw Period”). The prize draw is organised and will be administered by Alliance Homes.

This prize draw is open to Alliance Homes customers opting in to participate in the prize draw during the completion of the Alliance Homes Life Through Your Lens survey (“Entrants”). All Entrants must be individuals legally residing in the United Kingdom and who are over the age of 18. Alliance Homes reserves the right to require proof of age and jurisdiction of residence prior to awarding any prize. Employees, agents and representatives of Alliance Homes (and its subsidiaries or affiliates) are not eligible to win, nor are the parents, siblings and children of any such employee, agent or representative or any person with whom such employee, agent or representative is domiciled.

There are a total of £1,450 in Prizes to be given away during the Prize draw Period, consisting of the following: 20 x £50 Love2Shop gift cards and 1 x  Apple iPad 10.9 inch (Wi-Fi 256GB) 10th Generation. The Prizes will be drawn and winners notified by 18th April 2025. The gift card prizes will be in the form of e-vouchers, sent via email, or physical vouchers delivered to the winners’ postal addresses. The iPad will be delivered to the winners  All voucher prizes are to be denominated in British Pounds for members residing in the UK.

Entrants may enter the prize draw by submitting the principle Life Through Your Lens form online, or by post and ticking the box stating they wish to be entered into the draws. Entrants can submit one (1) entry only.

Prize draws will be held in the UK, and Winners will be determined by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Prize Draw Period. There will be one prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher for every 100 online forms completed up to 1,000 forms, and one prize draw for a £50 shopping voucher for every 100 postal forms completed up to 1,000 forms. The Apple iPad prize draw will include all Entrants - whether they have completed an online or postal form, but will exclude winners of £50 shopping vouchers prize draws.

Prizes will be awarded only on verification by Alliance Homes that all prize draw requirements have been met by the winners. Each prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of prizes will be allowed, unless at the discretion of Alliance Homes, which may substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.

Alliance Homes will notify each winner by email or by post by 17th April 2025. Alliance Homes is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner.

By participating, the Entrant: (i) confirms compliance with these prize draw Rules and Regulations; (ii) releases and forever discharges Alliance Homes, its affiliates and subsidiaries and its advertising and promotional agencies and partners; (iii) releases and forever discharges Alliance Homes, their affiliates and subsidiaries and their advertising and promotional agencies from all claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action arising or to arise by reason of the acceptance or use of the prize; and (iv) gives permission to Alliance Homes, at its option, to publish or otherwise use the Entrant’s name, address, photograph, voice and comments, without compensation, in any publicity carried out by Alliance Homes or its advertising agencies.

By entering the prize draw, Entrants agree to abide by these Prize draw Rules and Regulations and the decisions of Alliance Homes, which are final.

To obtain a copy of a winner list or a copy of the prize draw Rules and Regulations, mail your request to: Alliance Homes prize draw, 40 Martingale Way, Portishead, North Somerset, BS20 7AW, United Kingdom. Requests must be received no later than a month after the Draw Date and must enclose a self-addressed stamped envelope.

Alliance Homes is not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer or telephone transmissions or technical failure, jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind whether human, mechanical or electronic. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this prize draw, as determined by Alliance Homes, in its sole discretion, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above abuses, Alliance Homes reserves the right to terminate the Entrant’s eligibility to participate. In the event any portion of this prize draw is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of Alliance Homes, which in the sole opinion of Alliance Homes, corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper entry into the prize draw, Alliance Homes reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the prize draw and to award prize(s) to individual(s) selected at random from the pool of Entrants received up to the point of termination. In no event will more prizes be awarded than those listed in the prize draw Rules and Regulations.

Liability for any applicable taxes imposed by any government, if any, on any prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner of such prize.

Entrants acknowledge and agree that any disputes arising out of the prize draw or these Rules and Regulations will be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.

Alliance Homes shall not be responsible or liable to Entrants for any losses, damages or costs incurred as a result of Entrants entering the prize draw or use of a prize won in connection with this prize draw. By participating in the prize draw, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Alliance Homes (and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives of both parties, their parent company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfilment agencies), harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the prize draw or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy.

Entrants’ personal information is protected by Alliance Homes' Privacy Policy, viewable online at Privacy Policy. The prize draw is subject to the provisions of the provincial Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. Notwithstanding the foregoing, entrants acknowledge that prizes may be fulfilled by third parties and consent to the disclosure of personal information to such third parties for the limited purpose of fulfilling prizes.
