We gave HIVE, our online customer community, early access to Connect and asked them what they thought of it. They gave us lots of valuable feedback on how the customer portal worked for them. We took that feedback and used it to fine tune the portal and the registration process.  Many of the HIVE customers told us how useful they had found the portal.
