Work experience is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to the working world and build people’s confidence in a professional environment.
Alliance Homes has a wonderful history of providing informative and fun work experience placements. This year we are changing the structure of how we receive applications to undertake work experience.
We have six opportunities available, and more information about these is available on our Careers page. Applications are now open to join us from Monday 30 June to Friday 4 July 2025 and you can apply here.
Each placement has been designed to help the young person gain meaningful knowledge and experience in teams that have a variety of career paths. These are:
- three in Home Repairs Service (covering Gas, Electric, Repairs and Empty Homes)
- one in People (covering HR, Training, and Communications)
- one in Housing (covering Lettings, Income, and Tenancy)
- one in a combined placement in Community Investment, and Development.
