At Alliance Homes, we're dedicated to providing quality homes and services. An important part of this is understanding the experiences of our customers. That’s why, every six months, we ask customers to provide feedback on their experience and perception of Alliance Homes through a Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSMs) linked survey.
These surveys play an important role in helping us understand the experiences and satisfaction of customers living in Alliance Homes’ rented and Shared Ownership properties. They also help us identify ways to improve our services to better meet their needs.
From 6 January to 24 January 2025, we’ll be running the second wave of surveys for 2024 – 2025.
If you’re invited to take part, you will receive a telephone call from our research partners, PFA Research, or an email survey from Maru/Matchbox which will be sent from alliance.homes@matchboxsurvey.co.uk.
The survey should only take between 15 to 20 minutes to complete. Customers will have the option to take part in our prize draw, with a first prize of a £250 Love2Shop gift card, along with runner-up prizes of £100 and £50 Love2Shop gift cards. Terms and conditions apply; please read them here.
What happens next?
Once the surveys are complete, we’ll combine the results with the feedback we received from our July 2024 survey, along with our landlord metrics, and send this to the Regulator of Social Housing. Later in 2025, we’ll publish the results on our website, where customers can see how we’re doing.
