We're looking for recruits to our new Customer Feedback Panel. When it's up and running we'll be working with a group of customers who can give us an in-depth reviews on a range of our services. We'll be using that valuable feedback to improve our services.
Our Customer Feedback Panel, is a group of tenants who work independently, supported by Alliance Homes colleagues, to look at specific issues and think of ways to make them better. We provide them with training and IT equipment to enable them to look in-depth at certain issues and get to the heart of an issue. The new panel will not be replacing HIVE or our other ways to get involved, it's a way of getting a better understanding of the way work.
The panel will advise on a range of topics from; how we handle complaints, property standards, our policies, how we communicate with customers as well as lots of other areas.
