Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Ensuring the health and safety of our customers and colleagues is extremely important to us and we’re continuing to monitor Government information and guidance on how we should respond to coronavirus (COVID 19).

On 11 May their COVID-19 Recovery Strategy was published containing guidance to help selected industries get back into work. This was then followed up on 18 May when the Government sent an open letter to all social housing tenants explaining in more detail what this guidance means for them. You can see a copy of this letter here.

We’re reviewing what this means for our business and how we can resume services like our lettings programme and repairs service in the safest way possible.

As the situation is constantly evolving, we’ll be using our website and social media to provide you with information if there are any changes to our services.

You can follow us on Twitter and Facebook for Alliance Homes and Alliance Living Care.

If you do have any queries, please contact us.

Know your social distancing from your shielding

We've broken down the differences between social distancing, self isolate and social shielding.

Saying 'thanks' to our care heroes

'Message of thanks' is a campaign created by TrustedCare and the Care Workers' Charity to share a nationwide message of thanks to carers.

This platform allows anyone to leave a message of support to show the care community that they work is appreciated.
