We’ve built on our inclusive approach with two great improvements to our process that will support attracting and retaining a diverse colleague group.
CV redaction
When you apply for a role, our recruitment system can redact* (based on your CV formatting) the following information:
- name
- date of birth
- contact information
- address
- educational places
- images
Extended interview opportunities
As Disability Confident Leaders, we guarantee anyone who tells us they have a disability will be given the opportunity of an interview if they meet the essential criteria for the role. We have now extended this to cover members of the LGBTQ+ community and those from an under-represented ethnic minority.
Simply answer the questions in our Equality and Diversity section of your application form and this will be noted.
