Our leadership team

Louise has been the Chief Executive and Board member of Alliance Homes, since 2016. She's worked in social housing at a senior level for over 20 years. She has extensive experience of delivering new homes and delivering a range of housing and support services as well as contributing to strategic partnerships to improve local neighbourhoods.

Louise was the Chair of the Bristol Housing Partnership and is currently the Chair of Homes for the South West, a group of chief executives from the largest housing associations in the South West, who are working together to identify and tackle the barriers to new housing across the region. She's passionate about social justice and delivering services and homes that customers rate as great places to live.

Iain brings extensive experience in property development and regeneration within the social housing sector. Iain's portfolio includes the work of the Development, Assets and Sustainability and Housing and Community services. Iain is also responsible for Alliance Homes' compliance with the social housing consumer standards. 

Prior to his role as Chief Operating Officer, he was Alliance's Director of Investment. He’s also worked for Homes England, Bromford and Forward Swindon.

Iain is a Non-Executive Director and Chair for the Gloucester City Homes Commercial and Development Committee.

Pip's work covers a range areas including Board and organisational governance, risk management, internal audit, data protection, facilities, insurance, legal and scrutiny of landlord and employer health and safety compliance.

Pip combines her experience of working in the housing sector with a focus on embedding governance, corporate compliance and risk within the business.

She also brings experience from the private sector where, as a qualified company secretary, she worked for both FTSE top 50 and AIM listed companies.

Pip is the Group's Company Secretary and Health and Safety Lead.

Helen has over 20 years’ experience working across a variety of human resources disciplines and has held previous senior roles specifically focused on recruitment, talent management and organisational design. Much of Helen's experience has been gained within private sector organisations however she has also spent time working within the public sector.

As Director of People and Communications, Helen's role spans all aspects of human resources, communications, and the employee experience as well as investing in our people through learning and development opportunities as well as building culture.

Matt joined Alliance Homes in September 2021 as Director of Digital & Change.

He has 25 years’ experience working within technology, transformation and projects across a number of different sectors – commercial, MoD and social housing supply chain.

As Director of Digital & Change, Matt is delivering our digital roadmap that will benefit our customers.

Jon joined Alliance Homes in 2024. He has more than two decades of financial leadership experience and a wealth of expertise in the property development sector. As Finance Director at PG Group, he played a key role in delivering landmark regeneration and new build projects, including the Carriage Works development in Bristol, working closely with Homes England to secure funding. 

Jon is focused on making sure we continue to make sound financial decisions that support our ambitious plans to invest in our homes, build new affordable housing, and provide great services for our customers.
