The Board of Alliance Homes is responsible for setting the strategy for the Group as well as overseeing performance.
The following Committees have been established by the Board to provide independent scrutiny and challenge:
- Audit and Risk Committee
- People and Culture Committee
- Asset Committee.
The Board regularly meet with the Customer Feedback Panel which plays an important role in shaping service delivery.
