Alliance Homes has secured the prestigious RACE Equality Code Quality Mark in recognition of our commitment to improving equality, diversity and inclusion.
The RACE Code stands for Reporting, Action, Composition and Education and focuses on current laws, charters and pledges. To be awarded the mark an in-depth assessment took place, which looked at how inclusive Alliance is currently, as well as our plans to further improve and support our diverse workforce, and to understand the people and communities we support.
We are currently updating ‘An Alliance for All’ which outlines our approach to Equality Diversity and Inclusion at Alliance. This is supported by our ‘Being You’ action plan which gives more detail on how we will deliver make progress in these areas.
