It’s your responsibility to ensure your rent and service charges are paid on or before their due date, in accordance with your tenancy or lease agreement. These charges are payable in advance.
If you're unsure about what’s expected of you, you can view your account details anytime with Connect, our customer portal. Alternatively, feel free to contact us and we’ll be happy to provide your account information.
Payment Methods
We have several ways to pay your rent and service charges. These include:
You can make payments directly through your bank. You can do this by setting up a regular payment or by making direct payments as and when needed using your banking app, by visiting your bank, or by calling them.
To add Alliance Homes as a payee, you’ll need to enter our payment details. These are:
- Name on account: NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd
- Sort Code: 209508
- Account Number: 80679933
Please ensure that you quote your full payment reference when making a payment this way. If you're not sure of your payment reference, please contact us on 03000 120 120 and speak to a member of the Income Team.
You can make payments at any post office or local shop that accepts PayPoint payments.
To do this you will need an Alliance Homes payment card with a 19-digit Payment Reference Number (PRN).
To request a new Alliance Homes payment card or to request a replacement card call us on 03000 120 120 and speak to our Income Team.

allpay is a third-party payment solution that we use to process credit card and debit card payments.
To use the allpay service you will need an Alliance Homes payment card with a 19-digit PRN to complete the payment. To request a new Alliance Homes payment card or to request a replacement card call us on 03000 120 120 and speak to our Income Team.

You can pay your rent and service charges online through allpay.
allpay by telephone
You can use the automated allpay payment line by calling us on 03000 120 120 and choosing the automated payment option.
allpay by text
You can pay with your mobile phone using the Text Payment service from allpay, to get started you’ll need a UK-registered mobile phone. To sign up to the service, visit www.allpayments.net/TextPay.

What happens if I don’t pay?
We can offer you help and advice, and work with you to sort out a repayment plan if you do fall behind with your payments.
If you’re having difficulty paying your rent, worried about money problems or are on a low income, please contact us as soon as possible, or visit our page to read more on how we can help - the earlier you speak to us, the earlier we can help.
Legal action and eviction can be a reality if you do not make payments when due.
Your credit history
The Rental Exchange scheme allows customers with a history of little or no credit, to build a credit score.
Being able to prove your identity and show a track record of paying your rent will open up new channels and services, giving fairer access to services such as: bank accounts, credit cards, loans, online shopping, and better gas and electricity rates.
