Connect is our customer portal that's designed to save you time, by putting our services at your fingertips. It gives you 24/7 access to a range of our services, from anywhere and all without needing to call us.    

To get access to Connect you need to be registered. We've now started rolling out registrations to all our customers. Look out for a text message, email or letter from us.

  Pay your rent or charges anytime, anywhere. CONNECT has an easy, secure payment system built in.

• Report a repair

  Request a repair any time of day. Things can go wrong at any time, so you should be able to report them any time. With Connect you'll be guided through our online reporting system. Now, if you’re boiler goes on the blink at midnight you can log it immediately.

• Manage your appointments

  Life get’s busy. Got a repair or service appointment coming up, but you need to change it? Log in and see if there’s another slot that suits you better.

• Check your rent account

  Need to check your rent balance? With CONNECT it’s easy. Register now and enjoy organising your home around your life.

• View your information

  Need to see your documents? You can access your tenancy documents, personal information, past rent statements and the energy performance certificate of your home. Sign up and it’s all accessible to you at the click of a button.

• Talk to us

  We’re available in Connect through LiveChat if you want to ask us something. We’re also developing a personal Connect inbox, so we will be able to exchange and store messages directly through Connect.
