Liz Griffiths named Community Services Director at Alliance Homes

Alliance Homes has strengthened its Strategic Leadership Team with the appointment of Elizabeth (Liz) Griffiths as its new Community Services Director.

Liz will be responsible for bringing all non-landlord services such as care and support closer together to deliver a more streamlined approached to enabling customers to live independently.

Alliance Homes not only provides customers with care and support services but also provides a range of services such as employment, young carer and home from hospital support on behalf of North Somerset Council.

As the former Care Director of Alliance Living Care, Liz has extensive experience in the housing and care sector and has previously worked for the Sanctuary Group and Housing & Care 21.

Commenting on her appointment Liz added: “I’m really pleased to be taking on this new role. Care and support needs are closely aligned and we hope that by carefully assessing customer needs at the outset we can provide them with services that will support their lives.”
