Notice to tender for communal cleaning and window cleaning

Our existing Cleaning and Window Cleaning Contract with Fairway Support Services Ltd expires on 31 March 2025.

From 1 April 2025, it is the intention of NSAH (Alliance Homes) Ltd, trading as Alliance Homes to enter into a long-term agreement in respect of which we are required to consult tenants, leaseholders and shared owners who pay a variable annual service charge, in accordance with the terms of Section 20 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (as amended by Section 151 of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002).

Cleaning and Window Cleaning Services to Sheltered Accommodation Schemes, blocks of flats in the ownership of Alliance Homes and Tamar Court Extra Care Housing Scheme. You can inspect a description of the services to be provided under the agreement by clicking the button below.

You are invited to submit comments/observations in relation to the agreement, which must be in writing and addressed to The Leasehold Team by email leaseholdteam@alliancehomes.org.uk or by post Alliance Homes, 40 Martingale Way, Portishead, Bristol, BS20 7AW.

Your observations must be made within the consultation period of 30 days from the date of this Notice; the consultation period will end on 7 August 2024.

The tender for this service will be advertised publicly in the UK Government’s ‘Find a Tender Service’ on the Gov.UK website; we will not therefore be inviting you to propose a contractor from whom we should try to obtain a quotation to carry out the service.

However, you may direct potential contractors to the Find a Tender Contract Notice or the Alliance Homes e-procurement system.
