Bank Contract: 0 – 24 hours per week

About the role:

We are looking for a Bank Worker to support our Safer Homes team.

You will be outbound calling our customers to arrange and book in their Gas, Electric, HSI, Solid Fuel, Pull Cord or associated compliance servicing appointments.

There will also be some administrative tasks such as booking these appointments into our systems.

The weekly hours of this role would be dependent on the need of the team and could be up to 24 hours per week, typically on a Monday, Wednesday or Friday.

About you:

We are looking for someone with great communication skills, particularly via phone, who can communicate with a wide range of organisations and people. You will understand the importance of clear, concise and professional communication.

You will have experience of Microsoft Office and be able to use in-house databases effectively.
