Claudette Marcano appointed as Chief Finance Officer

Claudette Marcano has been named as the new Chief Finance Officer at Alliance Homes.

She joins from Sapphire Independent Housing where she was Executive Finance Director. Claudette has considerable experience in the building and housing sectors having previously worked at Taylor Wimpey, One Housing and Notting Hill Housing. She is currently a Board Member at Estuary Housing.

Having recently secured £175m in loan funding, she will help us to ensure that we meet the challenge of maintaining and decarbonising existing homes as well as progressing our ambitious 2,000 new homes development programme”
