Anti-social behaviour & Fly tipping
We're still here to help if you're experiencing anti-social behaviour, just contact us in the normal way.
Despite current restrictions, we’re working to help ensure that our services are ran with minimum disruption. However, because of these restrictions, we are no longer conducting face-to-face home visits.
With most of us being at home, we’re likely to see household noise increase in most homes.
Considering this, we expect everyone to exercise tolerance – up to a point. Noisy children, DIY and general household noise does not constitute anti-social behaviour.
If you think your neighbour is making excessive noise which isn't considered general household noise, please contact us.
What if someone doesn't follow social distancing?
It’s also important that we all follow the guidance on social distancing and self-isolation.
Some customers have contacted us to let us know about examples of this not happening in their community which we’re unable to enforce.
If you’re experiencing problems, you can consider whether it’s serious enough to contact Avon and Somerset Police.
You can do this via their online reporting form
We know that with the closure of refuge centres, some areas have seen an increase in fly tipping. Our Environmental Team are still working and can deal with issues in open or communal areas.
If you experience issues with fly tipping in your area, contact us in the usual way.
